- Cooling-off. Within 14 days of paying, and more than 60 days before departure, the payment is refunded in full without reason.
- 60 days or more before departure: full refund.
- 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Fewer than 15 days before departure: no refund; the place may be transferred to another traveller once.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If MagiTrip cancels or materially changes a departure, the family is refunded in full. Travel insurance that covers cancellation is not included in the programme fee; see the travel insurance notice.
