Refer a family

Families bring families: a friend takes something off their first booking, and you earn credit once they have travelled.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Sign in and copy your invitation link

Invite a friend in your account shows your code and link; you can also make a link for one departure.

  2. Your friend books through it

A first booking settled in SGD, within 30 days of opening the link, shows a line "first-booking discount −SGD 100" in the quote.

  3. After they travel, the credit lands

7 days after their departure has ended and is paid in full, SGD 100 credit is written to your account, to spend on your next booking.

Where your code is

Under Invite a friend once you are signed in. No account yet? Signing in once with your email creates one — no password.

Travel together

Groups

Families booking the same departure can travel as a group: one family creates a group code in their account and the others enter it when they book. When the group's confirmed travellers reach 3, every family in it is credited SGD 100 per traveller.

Members see only each other's initials and traveller counts, never contact details.

The rules

In short

  • Not yourself: inviter and invitee cannot be the same account, email or phone number.
  • New families only: an account that already has a confirmed booking does not get the first-booking discount.
  • A 30-day window from opening the link; after it lapses a new link can be used.
  • SGD bookings only: a booking in another currency takes no referral discount and cannot spend credit.
  • The referral discount and group credit do not stack: a booking that used a referral discount is not counted for group credit.
  • If the referred booking is cancelled the referral is void, and credit already paid is reversed.
  • Credit is not paid in cash; it comes off the price of a later booking.
  • An invitation that is misused may be withdrawn.

Spending credit

When you book, you can use credit to cover part of the total; Invite a friend shows your balance, where each amount came from and when it expires.

Credit is spent oldest expiry first; anything past its expiry lapses.
