Booking terms

  1. The contract. A booking is a contract between the account holder (the payer) and MAGITRIP PTE. LTD. (UEN 202622688R), a travel agent licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board (licence TA04101), for the named travellers on the named departure. It is formed when the payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
  2. Prices. The price quoted at checkout is frozen for that booking. Later price changes do not apply to it.
  3. Payment. The full price is paid in one payment after the written agreement, by bank transfer, PayNow or online payment on the website.
  4. What the price includes. Each programme page states what the fee includes and what it does not. Travel insurance is not included on any programme; see the travel insurance notice.
  5. Guardianship. The account holder confirms they hold legal authority for every child traveller and will give each traveller's emergency contacts before departure. Allergies and dietary needs are told to the advisor at enquiry or when signing.
  6. Cancellation. Cancellations, refunds and transfers follow the cancellation and refund policy accepted together with these terms.
  7. Changes by MagiTrip. If a departure is materially changed or cancelled by MagiTrip, the family may cancel for a full refund.
  8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore.
