Schools and groups

A departure that is not listed publicly, for a class, a year group or a group of families. Tell us the school, the ages, the size and the window, and we reply with a proposal.

The process

From enquiry to departure

  1. Send the enquiry

The form below: school, contact, year group, numbers, preferred window, destination interest. We reply by email or phone.

  2. Proposal and quote

We adapt an existing route to the ages, numbers and window, and set out the itinerary, what is and is not included, the price and the deadlines.

  3. A private departure

Once agreed, we create a departure that does not appear in the public catalogue; its places, dates and price are visible only to the school.

  4. Each family enrols and pays

Every family signs in with its own email, names its travellers, signs its own written agreement, pays the full price once and receives its own receipt. The cancellation policy is the same as for a public departure.

  5. Before and during

Each family adds its emergency contacts in its account and tells its advisor about allergies and dietary needs; the school's contact can check the list and progress with us at any time.

Who it suits

The groups this works for

  • International and local schools in Singapore and Malaysia: a year group, a club, a class.
  • Groups of families with children of the same age travelling in the same window.
  • The themes of our existing routes: art and aesthetics, culture and heritage, STEM and innovation, family camps.

Not yet published. Partner school names, endorsements or registrations with education authorities, numbers from past groups: each appears once there is a document behind it. Ask us and we will tell you what is in place.
